We receive a formal consultation on the application(s) in due course. In accordance with adopted procedure we will have then have 31 days from the date of that consultation letter in which to make a response.

You can make comments now on the Shropshire Council website and we encourage all of you to do that. This development does encroach into the Parish and we feel that it will impact anyone using the A456 with both increased traffic and potential increase flooding through run-off plus, additional strain on existing local resources.

There are plenty of images of the proposed site under water on the internet and also on the Tenbury Fire brigade Facebook page. We met with West Mercia Police last weekend re road safety in the Parish and they were not supportive of the proposed development without significant changes to improve road safety.

We will generate a separate post to feed back on the identified road safety issues across the Parish and what options we have to help mitigate.
