Local Government Boundary Commission - Have your say

At the Parish meeting on the 17th May 2023 we talked about the Local Government Boundary Commission having no real impact on the parish of Boraston as the boundaries for the parish were remaining the same and were unchanged unlike some other parishes.

Whilst this is correct, it seems that we missed the fact that as part of the review Boraston will move from the Ward of Clee Hill ED to Cleobury Mortimer ED.

So what potential impact does this change have on Boraston as a whole? Well, this is where some of the documentation provided is unclear, and we are trying to seek clarification.

What we do know for sure is that this would have an impact on the Ward for local elections and the immediate change is that our local Councillor would change from Richard Huffer (Lib Dem, Clee Hill) to Simon Harris (Con, Cleobury Mortimer).
